We can think happy thoughts

We can think happy thoughts. We can think positive thoughts. We can say, “Yes, I can do it!” we can think thoughts that make us feel good. We can learn to think about all the good in the world. We can lift our thoughts up. We can greet each day with a smile. We can let the world know that we’re happy to be alive. We can express gratitude at every turn. We can love our bodies. We can be our best friends.

Don’t waste your thoughts on blame. No person, place, or thing has control over your feelings and thoughts. If you feel bad in any way, sad, resentful, angry, fearful, guilty, depressed, jealous, and so on – then you’ve temporarily lost your connection to the flow of life energy and the good experiences that the Universe has waiting for you.

The reward of positive affirmations is that you find your life turns into more happy, joyous, loving, healthy, prosperous, fabulous experiences. And they will last for all the rest of your days on Earth. So train yourself to think thoughts that make you feel good. That way, you’ll always be creating your life out of joy and in joy.

Forget about the past and don’t worry so much about the future. Enjoy the current moment.
