There may be days when you get up in the morning and things aren’t the way you had hoped they would be, that’s when you have to tell yourself that things will get better.
There are times when people disappoint you and let you down, but those are the times when you must remind yourself to trust your own judgments and opinions, to keep your life focused on believing in yourself and all that you are capable of.
There will be challenges to face and changes to make in your life, and it is up to you to accept them.
Constantly keep yourself headed in the right direction for you. It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle you will find a stronger sense of who you are, so when the days come that are filled with frustration and unexpected responsibilities, remember to believe in yourself and all you want your life to be, because the challenges and changes will only help you to find the goals that you know are meant to come true for you.
If you’re too busy dwelling on the past or thinking about the future, you won’t be able to fully notice how fantastic things are right now. Plus, thinking about the past and future opens the door to comparison, which is the only way you can perceive something as not good enough. What you have now is all that exists, and comparing that to something that doesn’t exist anymore (or yet) is an easy way to foster dissatisfaction and torture yourself. Like the old saying goes “Past is History, Future is a Mystery and Today is Gift and hence it is called the Present”. Enjoy today, this moment and don’t postpone your enjoyment.
You will begin to become happier and more successful the minute you decide to be.
Happiness begets happiness; when you help others, you don’t just lift their spirits, you lift your own as well.
The biggest lie: “When I get what I want I will be happy”. The truth is, you will be about as happy as you decide to be. You are in control of your life.
If we continue to repeat a story in our head, we eventually believe that story and embrace it-whether it empower us or not, So the question is: Does your story empower you?
You’ve heard it said many ways: “Thoughts are things”, “As a man thinketh, so is he”, “Like attracts like”, you can hear it a thousand times, but it won’t work until you begin to work it. When you really believe the greatest truth that your thoughts create your reality and make a commitment to yourself and begin to be positive.
Having fun is a choice. Taking charge of your life is a choice. So why not choose now? Choose to start having fun today. Choose to make the most of every day. Choose to discover and fulfill your life dreams.

Henry David Thoreau once said, “Wealth is the ability to fully experience life.” Even when times are tough, it’s always important to keep things in perspective. You didn’t go to sleep hungry last night. You didn’t go to sleep outside. You had a choice of what clothes to wear this morning. You hardly broke a sweat today. You didn’t spend a minute in fear. You have access to clean drinking water. You have access to medical care. You have access to the Internet. You can read. Some might say you are incredibly wealthy, so remember to be grateful for all the things you do have.
See yourself standing in front of a mirror looking into your own eyes and saying, I love and accept you exactly as you are. And breathe. Just let yourself feel what you’re feeling. You don’t have to be perfect. You’re already perfect as you are: You are you. You’re exactly what you’ve chosen to be in this lifetime. Of all the bodies and all the personalities that were available, you chose to be who you are—to experience this world, this lifetime, through your body, through your personality. So love your choice, for it is part of your own evolution.
